Core structure and material

Counterweight head: Arc-shaped, smooth-edged design, cast iron solid core (different from cement filling), outer layer wrapped with high-density natural rubber/TPR/PE rubber coating; molded or welded fixed, weight precise (commonly 2.5kg or more, ranging from 2.5kg to 50kg in increments of 2.5kg).

Grip rod: Chrome plated / stainless steel material, textured surface for anti-slip; diameter mostly between 30–32mm, length suitable for the palm, balancing both grip and force application stability.
